the Absorbing Vortex, predictable chaos ensues.

Mika views Mei as a moving target, a potential pillow, or an audience for their athletic feats. Mei views Mika as an unrefined peasant who lacks basic decorum.

• The Unwanted Cuddle: Mika will try to merge into Mei's side during naptime. Mei will freeze, stare directly into the distance with immense offense, and slowly walk away, leaving Mika looking confused.

• The Playtime Mismatch: Mika will zoom across the living room, launch off a couch, and land two inches from Mei.

  Mei won't even blink; she simply absorbs the chaotic energy, judges Mika silently, and continues grooming a single paw.

• The Battle for Your Lap: If Mika is on your lap, they are purring loudly and making eye contact. If Mei decides she wants that space, she walks over, stares at Mika until Mika gets uncomfortable and leaves, and then claims her throne

It is a beautiful, chaotic daily cycle. You spend half your day trying not to step on a needy, crying Mika, and the other half pinned to the couch, completely absorbed by Princess Mei's silent demands. They are the perfect comedy duo.
